According to sources cited in a report on ESPNBoston.com, the Red Sox staff member accused by Curt Schilling of advising PED use was then-rehabilitation coordinator Mike Reinold. After the MLB investigation exonerated
anyone of any wrong-doing, Reinold was retained by the club until just last year. The ESPN report also cites sources saying that Schilling's claim was "completely baseless". Schilling responded to
that claim by saying in an email, "It happened".
