Mike Napoli, who was supposed to be introduced to Red Sox Nation yesterday, was not. Speculation is swirling as to why the press conference did not take place—and most of it points to a problem with his physical. Napoli missed a month last season and has never played in more than 140 games in his entire career—and as few as 75. Not exactly Cal Ripken. If the deal falls through for whatever reason, count on Nick Swisher being the next over-paid thirtysomething to come to town—with first base his destination. Looks like BenCher is putting the "OFF" into off-season.
