Dustin Pedroia underwent successful finger (right pinky) surgery on Wednesday to repair a torn ligament that had plagued him since late July. A pin was inserted in the finger, which will stay there for about a month. The Laser Show should be ready to go at full tilt in plenty of time for Spring Training.
