Jason Varitek (26.7%). Further down the list were former Red Sox pitching coach
John Farrell (17.1%), veteran skipper
Tony LaRussa (12.4%), current manager
Bobby Valentine (7.6%), former Sox bench coach
Brad Mills (2.9%) and former major league catcher
