2013 Schedule Is An Interleague-Induced Mess

The official 2013 MLB schedule confirms that the Red Sox will be plagued by a nearly season-long string of dumb interleague games. Unfortunately, this clear disadvantage to AL teams will be spread across a much wider swath of time than in the past. Beginning on May 27th against Philly, Boston will start the interleague charade. Then, believe it or not, the Red Sox will be playing in Denver without a DH on September 25th!  While the Sox open the season on April 1st at The Concrete Bunker On 161st Street, the Pinstriped Posers do not pay a visit to Fenway until July 19th—after the All-Star Break! Thanks, Bud!
