| Daniel Nava Signs For Fans |
The Globe's Nick Cafardo reports that
Daniel Nava will be activated from the disabled list today and take the place of Carl Crawford (slated for season-ending Tommy John surgery on Thursday). Nava will likely get the bulk of the playing time in left field for the balance of the year. He's hitting .251 on the season.
