After Hall of Fame writer Peter Gammons suggested that
Jon Lester was not 'happy' in Boston and might benefit from a trade,
the lefty used the TwitterVerse to refute that characterization. Lester stated emphatically that he is "very happy" here and expressed the hope that he'd "be here for my entire career". He went on to say that there is "nothing better" than playing for the Red Sox. Any questions?
