Ryan Kalish, who was tearing it up in the minors, has been called up to the Red Sox and will be in uniform tonight at Wrigley Field. Ryan Sweeney was placed on the 15-day disabled list with a toe issue—which some wags might characterize as "Fenway Toe". Sweeney has lately cooled off from his hot start to the season. Kalish missed all of 2011 after undergoing neck surgery, but was a welcome surprise on the big club in 2010, bringing energy to the right field position. Kalish was named the 2010 FenwayNation Rookie Of The Year.
