Citizens Bank has sued Curt Schilling over repayment of a $2.4 million loan made to the former Red Sox pitcher. The bank claims that Schilling personally guaranteed the debt but has not paid it. Schilling's video gaming company—38 Studios—filed for bankruptcy protection and laid off its entire work force in May. The company moved to Rhode Island from Massachusetts after securing $75 million in loan guarantees from the Ocean State.
