According to a report by FOX Sports, Boston and Philadelphia seem the only alternatives left to the aging right-hander (The Reds seem to have dropped out late this afternoon).So, the two gaping holes in the Sox rotation could be reduced by one in the very near future. The long waiting game by BenCher may actually prove to be smart—at least with regard to Roy Oswalt and his dwindling options.
