In an unconscionable journalistic oversight, FenwayNation neglected to pass along a major transaction between the Boston Red Sox and the Colorado Rockies the other day. Boston acquired the services of 25-year-old Brad Emaus in exchange for the vaunted 'player to be named' (or, the even more vaunted, 'cash considerations'). Emaus (who we think is an infielder) hit .313 at AAA last year after tanking in 14 games with the Mets. He was originally a Blue Jay. This is just about all we know about Brad. We apologize for the slipshod reporting on our part.
