Manny To Work Out For Teams This Month

ESPN's Buster Olney reports that Manny Ramirez will work out for teams later this month in an effort to hook on with an MLB club. Manny has been re-instated from his drug suspension by MLB, but it will be interesting to see if anybody shows interest in the soon-to-be 40-year old slugger. Manny has career stats that would have virtually guaranteed the Hall Of Fame, but his multiple PED run-ins have killed his chances. In 19 seasons to date, Ramirez has a .312 average with 555 home runs. He won two rings with the Red Sox, in 2004 and 2007.
