Well, he's not Hiroki Kuroda—but he did pitch in Asia last year (Korea). The Red Sox have reportedly signed 29-year old RHP Justin Germano. Germano is 8-20 with a 5.02 ERA over six big league seasons.He signed with the Samsung Lions after being cut last year by the Cleveland Indians. Apparently, he turned down $1 million from Samsung (and probably a 65-inch HDTV) to have a shot at the Red Sox. We're speechless.
