That's how the Commish characterized the prospective move of the Oakland A's franchise to San Jose. Billy Beane has been carrying out his annual house cleaning in anticipation of the move—which will net the club a windfall in new stadium revenue (see pic of the gorgeous Cisco Field). Our guess is the move will happen in 2014.
