InertiaNation Is Still Stuck In Neutral

The Red Sox have solved exactly two of their myriad problems so far this off-season: hiring a manager and getting back their DH. The 'trivial' issues that remain are (in no particular order): hiring a pitching coach and one other coach; getting a closer or at least deciding what role Daniel Bard will play; getting one, two or three starters or backfilling the spots internally; deciding who will play right field (Kalish/Reddick/Free Agent/Dwight Evans); either fishing or cutting bait on Varitek and Wakefield; and finally, bolstering a disappointing bullpen. That's all. And, now, before fleeing the lovely MetroPlex area, BenCher seems unfazed by the lack of progress. He's a patient guy. The question is, are the fans?
