Hanley Switch To 3B Still Not Resolved

Despite the 'Cum-Bay-Ah Cover-Up' by the Miami ownership and front office, Hanley Ramirez is still not happy with his move to third base in the wake of the Jose Reyes acquisition. When team executive Larry Beinfest was asked point-blank about the controversy, the obfuscation was positively Clintonian: “It may take a little bit of time for him to get comfortable”. Right.

This is good news for Red Sox fans—the longer Hanley fumes, the better chance he is dealt. The Red Sox have been mentioned most often when talk of a deal surfaces. Bringing back "The Prodigal SS" would go a long way toward calming the masses here in The Nation.
