Major League Baseball has inched closer to credibility on its substance abuse policy by including HGH blood testing in the new collective bargaining agreement. Reportedly, HGH testing would begin next February prior to Spring Training. One can imagine a number of "retirements" in anticipation of being caught using HGH. Don't be surprised if some big names get snared. Yankee Andy Pettitte was, no doubt, the tip of the iceberg. All in all, this may go down as one of the best achievements of Bud Selig.
