If true, it indicates that "dawn has (finally) broken on Marblehead" and the team is going to try and replace the long-lost MannyBat. Don't count out the Empire on this one, as Werth has some specious ties to the Pinstripe Posers. Hopefully, the pursuit of outfield prowess extends to Carl Crawford as well as a potential fall-back.
